The average number of apartment listings published daily on the usual real estate platforms for sale fell by 31.21 percent in Stuttgart by the end of March compared to February. In the months that followed, it recovered by 25.31 percent by the end of June.

The average number of houses published for sale daily in Stuttgart fell by 42.83 percent by the end of May compared to February. In June, the number recovered by 43.55 per cent. This means that in June, around 21.84 per cent fewer houses were advertised daily than was the case in February.

The average square metre prices for apartments and houses rose similarly in Stuttgart from February to the end of April, albeit at a different level. While prices for houses rose by 5.02 percent, prices for apartments rose by 3.74 percent. In May, however, they then diverged very sharply. Square metre prices for flats rose by 7.74 per cent and square metre prices for houses fell by 6.09 per cent. The latter rose again in June by 12.86 percent. In contrast, the square metre prices for houses fell again by 3.24 percent by the end of June.
