The average daily housing advertisements published for sale remained relatively stable until the end of April. They only changed by 2.39 percent. Compared to April, however, advertisements then fell by 27.90 percent by the end of May. In the month of June, when contact restrictions were increasingly relaxed, residential advertisements rose by 77.89 percent compared to May and were thus 31.33 percent higher than in February.

The average number of house listings published daily for sale fell steadily by around 20.74 percent from February to April. In June, advertisements then rose by 85.86 percent, up 47.32 percent compared to February.

The average square metre prices of apartments advertised for sale in Nuremberg increased by 10.58 per cent from February to the end of June. The square meter price for houses fell by 9.49 percent from February to the end of April and then increased by 10.09 percent up to the end of June.
