Housing advertisements in Munich
In March, the average daily residential advertising published for sale fell only slightly by 8.42 percent, only to rise by 74.39 percent by the end of May. In June, they then fell again by around 26 percent.
The number of daily house listings published for sale remained stable in February and March, then fell by 21.88 percent by the end of May compared with February and rose again by 101.33 percent by the end of June.
Square meter prices in Munich
The average square metre prices for apartments in Munich rose by 10.26 per cent from February to the end of May compared with February, and fell by 4 per cent by the end of June. They are thus 5.64 percent above the level that prevailed in February.
The average price per square meter for houses in Munich in February was at a similar level to the prices for apartments, but then took a different development. It fell by about 2 percent until the end of April, rose again by 4.41 percent until the end of May and then fell again by 2.59 percent.
