The average number of residential advertisements published for sale per day in Ingolstadt rose by 15.16 percent from February to the end of April. In May, however, they fell by 22.41 percent and rose again by 28.22 percent by the end of June.

House listings remained fairly stable in Febuary and March, but fell by 30.93 percent by the end of April and rose by 60.05 percent by the end of June.
