In Heidelberg, the average daily number of apartments advertised for sale fell by 28.75 percent between February and the end of March. From March to the end of June, they then rose again by 25.38 percent. The average daily number of houses advertised for sale fell by 13.33 percent from February to the end of April. From April to the end of June, they rose by 13.79 per cent and are thus almost back at the level seen in February.

The average square metre prices of advertised houses rose by 13.84 percent from February to the end of April, fell by 6.89 percent by the end of May and then rose again by 2.96 percent by the end of June.
